Yalagan Indigenous Corporation (ICN 8658 / ABN 64 908 637 576) aim is to assist in the relief of poverty, sickness, destitution, helplessness, distress, suffering, and misfortune, among Indigenous people and their families, through the process of supporting social and economic development of Indigenous communities but driven from within the training and education industry for employment and empowerment pathways.
Our corporation aims to support:
- deliver quality training and education programs to disadvantaged Australians including welfare recipients and individuals within continuous engagement with the justice system
- promote community development by acting as a resource for the community and stakeholders in the areas of education, training, employment, housing and welfare to the community members,
- develop and deliver training and education packages for Indigenous people seeking to engage employment.
- Deliver training and development programs in Correctional facilities
