Yalagan Group was built from the ground up on a "can do" ethos.
Founded by Yuin man Nathan Martin and Sean Wilson, our journey started with real adversity, but real purpose and grit. We have proved what is possible when Aboriginal leadership is backed by real national capability and a team that executes.
When Yindjibarndi/Nyamal woman Jessica Wilson joined the journey, it strengthened the heartbeat of the ecosystem, bringing cultural authority, leadership, and long-term vision that continues today through her role as CEO of our sister company and as a driving force across the group.
Led by Group Managing Director Scott McCartney, Yalagan is now a multi-disciplinary national ecosystem across Education & Pathways, Technology, and Energy & Resources, designed to create workforce, training and delivery solutions that work in the real world.

Yalagan Registered Training (YRT) & Yarnda Academy provide nationally accredited training across 25 industries, including construction, health, civil, rail, and supply chain. Offering full qualifications, skill sets, and single units, we equip individuals with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in diverse and evolving industries.
