YRT has trained more than 800 students through school based and industry taster programs in 2026, with 4,260 course completions since January 2025. Student participation includes 28.5% Aboriginal learners, with an 88% qualification completion rate and 89% satisfaction rate.

Through NexGen Pathways, women are building careers with Melbourne Water through structured traineeships, while programs with BHP, Rio Tinto and BINGO Industries are creating practical pathways into mining, infrastructure, construction and employment.

Where training needs to go to the workforce, we take it there. Our mobile training capability brings hands on training directly to worksites, schools, communities, prisons and regional locations.
