Recently Yalagan Group commissioned local Western Australian, Njamal and Yindibarndi artist Jessica Wilson to create a custom piece for the redevelopment of our website.
Working in collaboration with Jessica we were able to build a beautiful design that incorporated the key elements of our company’s journey.
In Jessica’s artist statement on the piece depicts footprints as the journey travelled, weaving between the classic round Yalagan Group motifs pulled from the logo it symbolises the many obstacles and challenges the company has overcome in the pursuit of our goals.
“The vibrant colours and beautiful elements that already existed in the current logo was a great source of inspiration for me.” Jessica states
