Yalagan Registered Training has been working hard over the last two years to expand their service offering to Western Australia, after sourcing a dedicated location that accommodates training and course work Yalagan has officially begun to offer training services to our WA clients.
Operating out of a converted warehouse in Welshpool, this location provides Yalagan Registered Training with enough room to deliver on our core services while still allowing us room to grow.
YRT capabilities allows our people who are engaged on a project, to access government funded up-skilling programs and training courses to develop their skills and increase their employment opportunities. This process can take someone who may start as a labourer at the construction phase of a project and see them progress to being a plant operator – a role that increases their value to the client and can engage them long term into that same project’s commissioning and operations phases.
Yalagan Group has also introduced new online components to our training and apprentice service offering since COVID-19. This allows us to diversify the way in which our candidates can access training and up-skill services. Enabling Yalagan to provide value adding, Indigenous orientated training solutions to our clients and candidates across Australia.
