Nexgen Pathways’ REvive Program: Creating New Opportunities for First Nations Ex-Offenders

At Nexgen Pathways, we are dedicated to empowering First Nations communities through training, employment, and long-term career pathways. We’re incredibly proud to share that our REvive program, developed in collaboration with BINGO Industries, Yalagan Training Group, and Corrective Services NSW, was recently featured on ABC News!

This initiative is designed to support First Nations ex-offenders by providing them with valuable skills, hands-on training, and meaningful employment opportunities while they complete their sentences. By focusing on rehabilitation through employment, REvive is creating real change and giving participants a fresh start.

One of the most inspiring stories to come out of the program is Cindy’s journey. Her resilience and determination are a testament to the power of second chances and the impact that programs like REvive can have on individuals, families, and communities.

“REvive isn’t just about training—it’s about breaking cycles, creating futures, and building strong foundations for long-term employment,” said a spokesperson from Nexgen Pathways. “Seeing participants like Cindy thrive is exactly why we do this work.”

This is a proud moment for our team and all our partners who have helped bring this program to life. A huge thank you to BINGO Industries, Nexgen Pathways, and Corrective Services NSW for their collaboration in making REvive a success.
